The cholesterol found in chylomicron remnants can be used for lipoprotein (VLDL) and/or bile acid formation, or stored as cholesteryl esters (Bauer, 1995, 1996.”

My belief is that the hydrolyzation of the lipid is what initiates cancerous growths. If the body never did this, most modern illnesses wouldn’t exist. This is the initiation of glycation, which is involved in every major disease known to man.

That is why I went Keto 15 years ago. I have never experienced better health in my entire 70 years on this Earth. My pain reduces yet, from what it used to be, 30 years of chronically severe pain, until I learned what was at the root of it, and removed it from my diet.

This publication is proof of how a grain diet leads to a lifetime of pain, discomfort, fear, hunger, anger, hatred, and terror…not to mention the discomfort of allergic reactions to almost everything.

(That is what my lifelong diet of grains gave me, until I learned better and gave them up for good.) It’s taken a long time, but I’m still losing lifelong pains that I’ve always had.

It’s like the answer to the bulk of my problems, as my mother loved to bake goodies, like cookies for me all my life. I had a birthday cake every year of my life, my sisters’ lives and both Mom & Dad’s lives.

It took twelve years of research to find this piece of the puzzle of our societies’ dilemma.

As it is the start of that which causes all the damage, glycation, the worst disease known to man that isn’t even listed as a disease.

Not only disease, but the complete disorder of society is caused by this factor.

You may not think so,

But, it is!

This is the consequence of our addiction, that everyone is born into. Whose mother didn’t eat bread while they were in the womb? Didn’t that feed you the same addiction?

An examination of our history as men will tell you that, going back to the first producers of it, the Sumerians. (Even though the wheat at that time was all Einkorn Wheat and was a lot harder to digest, it still addicted us.) 

That is our curse that bread gave still gives us.

How many Jews have you killed, either directly or indirectly? Why can’t you learn what it is that creates the environment for your fear and hate to foster?

It helps to stop eating that which creates the fear, in the first place. It just happens to be the same thing that creates your hunger, pain, anger, hate, antagonism, war, pestilence, and premature death.

What did you eat for breakfast? Was it bread-laden? Surfed with the crust of the usher-must, crud of vagabond buns, served only to satisfy his crusty old bum.

The diet of slaves that we’re all born into, is an addiction and the cause of all of our ailments, and the reason we can’t go to the stars, like the aliens with big skulls, who visit us. They also have small bodies. There is a keto reason for that. 

Ketosis builds the brain while is shrinks the body. Think about that every time you see an alien.

You got to fight the Glucose Ruse if you expect to conquer fear, anger,  and hate. That goes a long way to conquering terror. Not to mention, all wars and skirmishes.

Why did he not say “Man cannot live by bread”?  How did he learn that? 40 days and nights of fasting taught him that. It’s a damn  shame it wasn’t written exactly as he said it.

What does our crop seed/pharmaceutical company/chemical industry have in common with your pain and disease? Bread! That doesn’t mention the number of deaths it causes. That is innumerable.

 

They got fed bread, because it creates hunger that you can control, if you’re the slave owner.

When hunger drives damn near everything, why would you addict yourself to what makes you hungry?

Who is your master? YHWH? ALLAH? Jehovah? Jesus? Bread, pitas, cakes, donuts, pies, tacos, tortillas, …

Who or what do you answer to? Do you eat that which glycates? Do you know about glycation, its causes or consequences?

Glycation is the consequence of our diet. Pain, fear, anger, hatred and terror come from glycation of our society…which is brought on by a diet of that which controls slavery.

Glycation is also the cause of all disease known to man. Do you fear your neighbor? Is it from what you eat? Is that magnified by the chemicals Monsanto demands we put on the crops to grow them?

Who do you fear? Who do  you answer to? Who is your ‘massa’ (master)? Is it your hunger? Or, is it your fear? Are they not connected? Who does not fear going hungry?

Do you want to know who doesn’t bow to their hunger? Ask someone in Ketosis. Would you like to not have to bow to your hunger? Ya gotta give up the bread!

Do you fear your brother? Why do you fight with him?

Are we not all one? Or, is it your re attempt at propitiating to your new God? Do you eat that which creates the fear in you, and why it was originally fed to the slaves, bread? Fear is used to control others whom you wish to control. 

Whose control do you seek? Eating bread forces fear. Fear is used to control. Who is using it to control you? Why can’t we act  like it? Is it our diet? Is it your diet? It is our diet, isn’t it?

Bread was the food of slaveowners. The Jews formed their religion around it, due to that.

Today, a grain industry only interested in helping their sister industry, selling you pharmaceuticals to quell your pain, controls our entire grain industry.

They force your fear and everything that goes along with it. Including the pain. It always comes with hunger also, and worst of all, every modern major disease.

I was raised on bread, as were my sisters. They fought all the time. My younger sister became diabetic…until she read my book It’s Time to Curb Your Carbs to Save your Life and Keep Your Dignity. 

Now, she’s off all her medication…including insulin. She no longer has diabetes. She found the cure I discovered and wrote about. This book reversed my sister’s diabetes, but it killed my mother, due to the way I wrote it.

It was terse and angrily put together due to the damage I knew bread was doing to my mother. Dad said she read it, but it killed her, I know.

Who has trouble finding common ground? Is it greed or hunger that drives that? Does not bread drive both? Does that not make it the driver of fear? Hmm…

Personally it’s the death-bread of MAGA I can’t stomach, here in America. For it is authored criminally, by a convicted criminal.

It’s what we eat! Magnified by the chemicals that are used to grow them…just to increase the profit margin.

Why can’t you all learn how to solve your differences like we always used to, with a deck of cards? Don’t you play cards? Wouldn’t that be cheaper than missiles?

Do you not have anything in common with each other, other than your heritage through Abraham? Have you nothing in common with each other, than the ground you live on, to start a peaceful relationship? Why can’t you build on that? Is it that easier to kill? Than live with the consequences? WTF???

Speaking of immigration, when did it become a crime to immigrate to America? When DJT showed up?  He is the grandson of an illegal immigrant! Frederich Drumph couldn’t go back home to Austria, because he dodged their draft. So, he immigrated to America.

I’ll bet if you could access the archives of Austrian media, you’d find stories about his great-grandfather, Dro-omph! I hate to think what atrocities I’d learn, there.

Why else would Donald’s grandfather skate out on his draft notice? He came to America to leave US with his criminal behavior.

WTF is the problem at our border that the Republican party didn’t manifest? Where is the problem? Why is it considered a problem?

If the immigration is controlled it is no problem!

It is simply a MADE UP PROBLEM, to scare Republican voters. Why? They run with and on fear…Not hope and possibility.

My father was killed by this stuff. Being brought up, going to church every Sunday, Jesus was drilled into my head as our savior. He told us to not eat the bread, when he said “Man cannot live by bread”.

That is exactly what I used to be. Super dumb. Super lazy. And, super stupid. That was the time when I gleefully adhered to my carb/pharm diet, of the Glucose Ruse. But it wasn’t until I discovered the Science of God that I knew what dysregulated our systems to addict us to this killing field grain.

Addict us it did. As evidenced by the shape of the teeth of the first cultures that grew this wicked grain. The grain, in itself, is not evil. It’s the ease in which it’s harvested, that’s torn our civilization apart. 

Granted; it built our civilizations. Each and every one of them with a few exceptions (mostly in far off places), where it couldn’t be harvested or it wasn’t known of. One of these civilizations was the Aboriginal culture of Australia (all 300 of them). Long cut off from the mainland where wheat was grown rampantly. They managed to maintain a diet without the curse of the carbs.

In Australia. the Aborigines lived in harmony and peace due to the lack of this fear-feeding plant. They didn’t grow wheat. They lived and hunters and gatherers, seeking food where they could find it subsisting mostly on, the wild game that they were able to hunt down.

If they had learned how to cultivate these killing field grains, they would have ended up in the same quagmire that our society is currently stuck in, the glyphosated glycation of our thinking to create our fear factor that governs our society. This is the consequence of extreme glyphosating our chosen diet, grown in the killing fields of today’s agriculture.

For the entire length of time that I adhered to this diet, I was in pain. I was sick much of the time. I was afraid of a lot more than what I’ve learned there’s no need to be afraid of. This is the inherent danger of this killing field grain. It creates fear and pain. Ultimately, death and disease,

This is simply due to the nature of how it digested in our bodies. We turn this sugar into a fat that is sticky. We use that sticky fuel as sustenance for our bodies, and this is what gums up our inner works. so they can’t work properly. This is the actual cause of all modern diseases. It’s also the cause of all death attributed to these diseases.

Nothing else in our diet created glycation. It’s this glycation that kills our bodies, by the dysregulation is creates inside our acetylcholinesterase. That’s the one little cell-signaling enzyme in each and every cell that tells that cell what to do when it decodes the neuronal signal sent to that cell from the brain.

This is what makes it so dangerous. However, I’m so glad that the party Donald didn’t destroy was the party of common sense, but of the one of fear, the trumpublican party, that took the place of the Republican party. He turned that part into a party of fear from a party that was only based on fear, conservatism. That is precisely why Vladimir and Donald chose the Republican party. They are too easily bought because of that fear. They used that fear against them.

They used that fear to overtake our government. IT WORKED! They damn near destroyed it. But didn’t. If this branding of fear is not confronted by our democracy, we will be faced with this same behavior until the end of our nation. This is a fear, we must face now. 

The fear and dread brought on by MAGA politics, cannot be afforded to be tolerated in our nation if true equality is to pervade. One-way equality does not work. MAGA logic does not work. Confederate ideas of inequality must be banished from our terminology immediately if we’re to survive as a nation.

That only means that we have to impotize the potency of MAGA politics. We need to render them completely impotent. Their “fearless leader” is, already. We just have to make them impotent. Being in jail helps to silence them, which should be kept in mind, with regards, to how the ex-president should be handled, legally with all of his crimes he committed while he was in office. Lord knows we’ve got plenty to chose from.

This was my behavior when I consumed a carb/pharm diet. Now, that I’ve been off of that diet for 8 years, my behavior has changed. It’s changed for the better. Much better. My health is better now than when I was in my 20’s. The change has been mind-boggling. It’s blown me away. my IQ has increased to where I’m now working on my 46th book in the last 5 years. (And, we’re just into the 5th year.)

When I quit the grains I cleaned out my brain. When I quit all carbs, I cleaned out my entire body. It took years, but not more than one to begin to notice the change. It didn’t even take that first year to notice the change in my behavior. I started changing immediately.

If this can happen to me, it can happen to everyone. My physiology is no different than any other homosapien’s. We all digest food the same. We all have to live with the glycation that this food creates. That in itself is disease and death. But we added glyphosate to the mix, to make it worse.

And worse, it made it. By far. It made it worse, by far. for more than any kind of slow poison we currently eat. This food, that’s been so heavily glyphosated, is the most dangerous food we, as a species have ever consumed. If they were tadpoles of poisonous mushrooms, we’d be able to see it before we picked it, but it’s not. It doesn’t even look dangerous. It looks as gold as the ore we love to mine because of the greed this grain gives us.

That is its inherent danger. Its propensity to create greed, unnecessary need and want and through those emotions, anger, terror, and hostilities. This is the grain that provoked war, throughout our history. It was the most worthwhile substance to protect, as it brought security, but only on a full stomach. Never on an empty stomach. That can only be found on a carnivorous diet.

That is precisely why I chose ketogenics 8 years ago. I’ve never been sorry since, Thank you, Dr. Perlmutter, for the suggestion. I’m still in your debt.

I chose Debbie Lesko for my image for this post because she is fat, lazy, and super stupid. But then, she does happen to be a trumpublican. I don’t think there is any hope for her. She just needs to either be removed from the House or voted out in the next election, next year. For a free and fair democracy, we cannot afford the likes of a traitor like this in our House of Representatives. 

Andy Biggs, my own Congressman is just as criminal in his blindness of the President’s criminality. He claims, he doesn’t see any crimes that this President has committed. How blind can anyone possibly be? Electively be? How ignorant is that? And you’re my Congressman. Who the fyuk voted for you. I need to have a serious discussion with them. They voted for sedition, in voting for you. 

Andy, you are nothing more than a seditionist. I resent that. I resent you being my representative. I demand that you step down from your seat in Congress for your part in this treason. How many insurrectionists did you guide through the Capitol building prior to the attack? I heard it was quite a few. People I’ve talked to, heard, the very same thing. Just how patriotic are you, Andy? Enough to attack our Capitol of urge on the attack of our Capitol? Which was it, Andy?

This whole damn trumpublican Congress, both Senate, and House are so corrupt, not one person representing me is a patriot. Where else can you find the corruption necessary to overthrow our government? (And who for?) For a soviet inclined infiltrator armed to kill democracy, forever.

This is what these traitors voted for. This is who they were so easily duped for. A numbskull who can only retain abilities intent on razing whatever they touch. This traitor was chosen by Putin for a reason. His ability to raze perfectly good construction. 

This man is a master at razing good construction and replacing it with faulty construction, that is so deficient is hazardous to anyone’s health. This is his MO. It’s the way he’s always operated, oversell you product, underdeliver when due and continuously make repairs for profit. This is the Trump business management plan.

He’s spent 60 years perfecting it, and four years forcing it upon his nation. He was chosen for this mission for many reasons, but one reason primarily, his lust for greed and power.

Little did anyone realize they’d get the pure lust, with it. But they got that in spades. They just don’t come more lustful, than this President. His damage may not be purged from our government for 100 years.
