Do you say grace, before a meal? What do your meals consist of? Are they all satisfying meals, fully satiating your hunger? Do you get hungry again a couple hours later? If so, are you really eating that healthy?
Do you know how, what you pack away, is affecting you? Is that the way you prevent your immediate hunger? By satiating it with what makes you hungrier?
Is that your PM (preventative maintenance)for your stomach’s comfort? You have to clean up after every meal, don’t you? Do the dishes so you can use them again. That is your PM for your next meal, isn’t it? So your table is ready to eat at again?
How many people own a vacuum sweeper? How many people put it away, after using it without wrapping the cord? Is that not a form of preventative maintenance?
(Jesus learned what he did, after fasting. He tried to teach us, all, what he learned, do not eat bread.) He knew it was the food of slave-owners to feed their slaves. His idea of PM was to give up the bread, but he got executed for it.
Without the bread, you lose all the ailments listed in our society. You eat it every day out of addiction, but, do you need to? We excessively use our energy reserves, without regard to the consequences. What kind of prevention is that?
Is it not the same with our climate? You use it every day, but do you ever treat it like you do? What kind of car do you drive? What kind of fuel runs it?
Even electric cars need recharged. Why don’t the put banks of miniature charging turbines on cars while their running to keep their batteries charged? (There’s your next idea, ‘Bulb Head‘.)
Or, do you use your bicycle? Do you not have to have to oil the chain and sprocket, once in a while? Is not that preventative maintenance?
How is climate protection not preventative maintenance? We did it for our copiers 40 years ago, why can’t we now with our climate change, with the Earth warming as fast as it is?
Or, is it too late, because of our fear of its expense? Or, is that the cost of ignorance? Our ignorance. Our refusal to learn how not to dirty our environment will be the start of the end of mankind. How many think, we’re past the tipping point, already?
What got us tp this point? Our greed? Our hunger? Out desire for more? Why couldn’t we live with what we had? Why do we always need more? Isn’t that a sign of greed? Or is at a sign of hunger? Or, is it the same?
Is not geed a manifestation of hunger? What drives hunger, more than bread? Nothing, that I know of. Not even an empty stomach. It’s unfortunate that people don’t realize that our brains grow when we go hungry, as it’s only on an empty stomach, we manufacture BDNF in our brainstem.
BDNF is the foundation of brain growth. You can’t get it with food in your stomach.
I wish I could end here, but there is far too much to say about this. Remember the fires of Lahaina, HI? The flooding from Katrina? The forest fires of California? All the result of the glycation of our society. Why?
How much glyphosate has been spread in the last 50 years. It’s manufacture, spread, and consequence is now a part of our daily life. How much fear do you live with? Have you lost anyone to a mass shooting?
Look at the ring around Lake Mead! Look at how wide it is from the extended drought happening, that is being ignored. Look at the hurricanes in Florida right now? Why?
Are these related?
It’s not profitable to maintain…translated to, it’s cheaper to fix it rather that prevent it. Obviously, none of them have ever had a copier fixed lately, to know the real value of preventative maintenance.
To prevent it, reduction of production must happen. It’s a law of physics. The more pollutants we dump into air, the harder it is to breath. DUH! And, that costs money…by making less of it.
From having to fix copiers, many years ago, I can tell you the true value of preventative maintenance…it’s can be worth its weight in gold…or platinum, in our case, now.
Unfortunately, warming oceans are something that can’t be fixed by same level of thinking that warmed them. Our love of modern technology is what warms them the most.
From boiling water, to the massive amount of pollutants pump into the air, it’s our technology that heats our environment. We do it intentionally for our comfort, so where do we draw the line to keep it from killing US… and our neighbors?
Do limits need to be set subliminally to train todays energy users, how to use their energy, more wisely, and how to recharge their batteries more eco wisely?
PM (preventative maintenance) is not cleaning up after hurricanes, forest fires, wildfires that decimate whole towns, nor tornadoes. All magnified by warming waters in all of our oceans.
Hurricanes are bigger than they’ve ever been due solely to these warmer waters. Wildfires and forest fires spread alarmingly due to the extended drought in the west, while the East deals with bigger and bigger hurricanes, every year.
With ice sheets melting at an alarming rate, Al Gore couldn’t have warned us better. But did anyone listen? What did you have for breakfast? Cracker Jacks? Or some other cereal? (Oh the shit we were fed to feed our addiction. With prizes and all…)
The price (or prize) of our addiction, we’re eating now, with climate change, terrorism, and diseases like cancer, heart disease, all behavioral disorders and brain diseases.
They are all manifestations of a grain-based diet. Look at history. It’ll tell you the same thing. Can’t we learn? Or, are we too busy feeding our collective addictions? That to grains, the killer of mankind.
A quick look at history will tell you that. Look at Egypt and how their pyramids got built. How did the Romans control their gladiator slaves?
It all starts with bread. Where does our PM start? Shouldn’t it start with what makes us sick? Shouldn’t it start with what we breath and eat? What else do you take into your body? What you drink. Is it polluted?
It used to be that we had to drink alcohol to make sure our drink was clean enough to drink, but now, with modern technology, that is no longer necessary. We sterilize everything now.
Sterilization is our best form of PM, is it not? The question is, though, how do we sterilize politics, with the likes of a Donald Trump still polluting the environment?
PM is not dirtying the air in the first place to create more global warming. It goes a lot further to maintain a healthy society, as well as a healthy body.
What though, is PM for your body and health?

Not only that, but it’s farmers that dig up the Earth to change it for their benefit, only. What they grow does not benefit you, especially with all the chemicals they dump on their crops these days, with glyphosate being just one of them.
Take out the bread, like Jesus said, and a whole new world opens up.
