In trying to “walk in your shoes”, I’m trying to see what it is that’s turned you the way you are. Whatever in the world could cause someone like you to abandon your fellow Americans in exchange for a dream, given you by a known traitor and insurrectionist? You know, this man follows Putin. You also know that 74% of all voters know that. Why then, do you fight for that small of a portion of the vote by abasing yourself to the level of that vote. If I had a definition for aberrant behavior, that may fit it, to at Tee, so why do you enjoy nurturing it?

What did you have for breakfast? How much glyphosate was in it? What did you get with your Latte? I can see it in your cheeks both on your face and on the top of your legs, which are showing it too. That would explain the amount of fear you would have to tolerate before it started to affect you. I can see the impact it’s making, in influencing your aberrant behavior. If you knew what I know, you’d stop eating any glyphosate in any of your foods, as that ramps up the glycating factor of what it’s put on, and what it does to your body. What it does to your brain is far worse, as that screws with your emotions, which include anger and fear.

That’s because anger is often prompted by fear. Angry is the first thing many people do when they’re truly frightened about something. How many people who’ve cancer, got mad at it? That anger is driven by their fear of the consequences of their disease. What are you angry at Marjorie? What is it that you fear the most? Is it foreign-born? Or is it native to America? What is it that makes you so afraid of its consequences that you’d forsake the interest of your constituents for it? What eats at you, Marjorie?

A question that keeps coming to my mind is why are corporations so willing to donate their resources to a defunct party? This is the only reason Republicans act as they do. They want to protect that financing. They’re desperate for it to save their vote. What corporate America doesn’t want to realize is that they rely on all voters and not just 23% of them, so why should they cater to this sect of insurgents?

There’s nothing they can gain out of it so why invest their resources in what is a losing cause? Catering to insurgents is a losing cause. Most corporations know this and thus are changing their financing to a party that can affect changes for them. When the bottom line is at risk, corporate America gets smart. Republicanism, right now, is not smart.

With Purdue Pharms poised to reap the advantage of addicting millions to its oxycontin, and ultimately killing 100s of 1,000s more, This Republican conspiracy is poised to steal millions of dollars from each and every one of its victims. Only Ex-Republican Sen. Luther Strange could engineer such a massive steal of wealth from the average American. That only tells me it takes a Republican to steal the wealth of America. Is that why Luther is an Ex-Senator now?

Purdue Pharma is filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy due to all the lawsuits coming against them for the push of oxycontin, for 25 years. I was first introduced to it in 1996 when it was first released as a new pain medication for chronic pain. My chronic pain was severe. So severe, it radiated out to work its way up to my stomach to make me nauseous. When they first prescribed it for me, it was just approved. I quit taking it when I saw how fat, lazy, and stupid it made me.

As for the pain, I learned where that pain really comes from. Guess what? It comes from what you eat. If you eat food that creates pain in your body, you’re going to live on painkillers. That’s going to bring about a host of other problems and all of those problems involve dealing with more pain. I call it a Glucose Ruse. If you put certain chemicals in food that make people ill after eating it for many years, you can create a market to peddle your pharmaceuticals. This is especially profitable if you own interests in both sides of this ruse. This is what Monsanto engineered to sell off to Bayer 4 years ago.

From a chemical consortium of corporations to a pharmaceutical consortium of corporations, Monsanto learned how to steal the health and well as wealth of all Americans who buy into the ruse. If you had a french fry or a potato chip this week, you bought into to ruse. If you had a soft drink, you bought into the ruse. If you ate through a drive-thru, you bought into the ruse. Did you eat a danish? You bought into the ruse. Did you have any pasta or a sandwich or toast? You bought into the ruse.

Do you wonder where that wealth is going? Take a look at Putin’s new $200 billion estate. Who else would any Republican owe their existence to? Hey Mitch, Have you toured your master’s new estate fortress? What’s it like on the inside? Is it papered with America’s $100 bills? How much of that take are you responsible for? The question I have is how long can it possibly take to educate nimrods on the sedition? What does it take to show them how to see the corruption where it clearly exists? What is it that closes their eyes to it? Is it the illusion that rich people are God’s people when they are exactly the opposite? Jesus was never wealthy. He was the poorest man during his lifespan. He depended on donations for food. The same kind of person these trumpublicans look down on now.

As of May 28, 2021, (on what would have been my parents’ 71st anniversary), the Senate just proved how indebted they are to Moscow. Only Putin would want this kind of division in America. He’s using his puppets, Trump and the Republican Senate to achieve their goals. Who else could condone the attack on our country, but a foreign power? The entire Republican Senate just as well condoned that attack that happened Jan. 6, implicating every one of them in the attack. What did each of these Senators have to do with that attack? I now wonder? How many crooks are in the Republican Senate? If appears all but six Talk about sad…At least, I can salute those six. It’s easy to curse the rest, they’re the problem with America.

Justice is something that can only exist for whom the Trump bunch wants to give it to, which includes nobody but themselves. Fear is what drives all motivation for this cadre of losers. They don’t come any more lost than this criminal bunch. The only thing I can credit them for having is gall and tons of it. These morons stockpile their gall, so they can dish it out whenever, wherever, and however much they can. They are the experts at dishing out gall.

Moscow Mitch must be so indebted to Moscow that he’s now fighting for his political life. He must keep any investigation stifled as it will implicate him and his Senate of collusion. Remember the trip they all took right after Trump’s inauguration? Where did they all go, and who did they thank?

A few have stepped forward to demonstrate, they have no limits to the amount of gall they can dish out and are willing to share with everybody, yet, nobody wants it. Nobody wants to hear it with one exception, The ex-president and his gang of insurrectionists. They love that sedition tune, so much so, that they practice it every day. They all want to make sure they have it down right, as per Putin’s instructions. Who else would be persuading them to act as they’re doing?

These are all the ones who took the trip to Moscow, with Donald to thank Putin for putting Trump in office. Remember the cadre of Senator leaders that went to Moscow to thank Putin? Mitch was there. Lindsey was there. Ted was there. They and a half dozen other Senators and Representatives went along with Trump for his thank-you trip to Moscow right after Trump’s inauguration.

When I look at that picture, I see a quarter of our nation turning to the “dark side”, to simply see how they can profit from it. It’s happening all over the landscape of conservative media, with the OAN and NewsLax curses. Their cases of the Fox Pox have sunk to new levels of depravity and the problem is, they’re taking 75% of all the Republicans with them. How many of the stories they report on, come from the GRU? How many are the only fake news being broadcast? Notice, it’s only on cable and the internet? Where is the easiest place to attack America? Isn’t it where we live? Wouldn’t that be the internet, now?

That is until some decided to stand against the surge of the storm threat. They know what happens when this man lies. Ask those in Houston or Puerto Rico. They know what it’s like to get lied to.

My Dad used to love to watch 60 Minutes, which I just learned is 54 years old. My Dad was 89 when he died. He was healthy until he turned 85, about 5 years after he switched to getting his news from Fox. Ever since that change in programming, he’s gone downhill at a steady pace. I can easily understand why. With all the fear and hate they peddle, it’s no wonder his life was shortened. With all the epinephrine and cortisol that promotes in the body, that’s a recipe for future health problems that’ll never abate, without massive costs or changes, which are also costly.

He cast himself, hook, line, and sinker into an ocean of deceit, mistruths, along with falsifications upon misrepresentations. I don’t know how he saw the criminality that’s taken place in the last 5 years under the Trump administration. One that will go down as the most corrupt administrations in our nation’s history. No other administration has done more damage than this one, and you can thank Vladimir Putin for that. It would take an evil genius to pull this off, and that’s exactly who did it, an evil genius. in the form of Vladimir Putin. This is the man our Senate is following, as that is who Trump follows and they’re clearly following Trump.

All I know is that my parents’ deaths bookended the Trump administration. My mother, the smartest of the two, decided to die prior to his term. My father chose to die after his term ended. I don’t know which suffered more. I don’t know which, had to live with more pain. I only know that they both dealt with a lot of pain, as that was what ultimately killed each one of them.

The pain of medications on top of medications and all the side effects that go along with that diet was basically what Dad shared with me when Mom died. He showed a gallon bag full of prescription pills of all colors and types that Mom had to take to fight her cancer. Dad, like my uncles, died by, just growing weaker day by day, due to the effects of his atherosclerosis. My uncles all had heart attacks due to their heart disease. That happens when plaque lines the arteries and blood vessels, making it harder for blood to get through. Dad had his share of meds to take also, although I never saw how much he was on.

If this world could kill my father as it did my mother, my sisters aren’t far behind. That brings a lot of concern to me, since my older sister still caters to her addiction and worse yet, feeds it to all of her disabled kids, disabling them even further. She has yet to realize that as bad as this food is for the body, it’s even worse for the brain, and most of her disabled kids have neurological disorders of some sort. (For the last 20-30 years she has taken of disabled children after losing her older daughter to cancer in the 1990s.

Interestingly, she blamed my mother for her daughter’s loss of life. She blamed my mother for the cancer her daughter had. I realized 4 years ago after writing my first book to teach my mother what was killing her, that it was her style of cooking that killed everyone in my family. I never thought my message would be the one that pushed her over the cliff. I don’t think my father did either. Her cooking killed my father, as well as my niece, cousin (as my aunt fed her family what my mother cooked for her when she was young.

After moving in with my younger sister, I know my father’s days were numbered from then on. My sister took away his life as soon as she took charge. I honestly feel, she thought it was her responsibility to reunite him with my mother who died 5 years ago.

She fed him what he wanted to eat which was his addiction (bread and pasta). He knew how addictive it is, just as my mother knew. My sister knew, but they all refused to recognize it and made every excuse in the world for him to continue his addiction that killed him. 

It was killing my sister, until she listened, just a little bit, to me, to heed my message. She cured her diabetes…or so she said when she told me she was off all of her meds, including her insulin.

Her problem was, she still fed that addiction to my father to keep him happy, as she knew no other way to cook. I remember him telling me how his lasagna was waiting a few years ago, indicating her love of pasta, still. Unknowingly, she cursed my father’s last days, just to feed his addiction, as she was still addicted.

It was glyphosated pasta that killed my father. She could never understand how this could happen, even though, she’d read most of my books (I think). I don’t think she’s had an opportunity to read my last book The Science of God or Why We Fight. This could have explained exactly why she needs to end her pasta addiction.

My books are so hard to read, though, she just skipped over that which she didn’t want to fully understand, so she went past word, after, word, that she didn’t fully understand, leaving gaps in her mind about the content that she just read. And I thought my younger sister was smarter than that, but then, I realize now, that she never really kicked her addiction. She just feigned to. (She was always smarter than I until I changed my diet to give up the addiction.) I don’t think she’ll ever match my 48 books written in 5 years, with 2 more in the works. (Keep an eye out for them.)

This denial of the facts of digestion condemned my father to his death bed as soon as he moved into her house to be taken care of. His other option would have been for me to move in with him to help him, but her glyphosated explanation was that he didn’t want to live with me. That is exactly what he would have said to her to ease anxiety about taking over his life. He would have said exactly what she wanted to hear and not what she needed to hear.

I want to blame her for the death of my father, but I know it was her addiction guiding her actions and policies that drained my father of his life. He completely lost his independence when he moved in with them, something he had always prided himself in retaining. Even after my mother died, he remained independent until he lost his balance one day, fell, broke his collar bone got taken down to my sister’s house only to be stuck in a nursing home where he could die all drugged up, playing his part in the Glucose Ruse. 

My sister, being diabetic for over 30 years, has always fallen for the Glucose Ruse. That is until I published my first book, It’s Time for  Cure. My mother supposedly read that book, but she died only 1 month later. I published it too late for her and actually, I think Dad blames me for killing her. I believe that was the real reason Dad couldn’t live with me. That’s a curse I get to live with for the rest of my life.

I published it under a different name with a lot of barking throughout the book telling her to kick the habit of addiction. I think it was that barking that killed my mother as it shamed her too much to face me again. It did the same for my father. That’s why I took the barking out of It’s Time to Curb Your Carbs to Save Your Life and Keep Your Dignity and changed it to poetry.

I found it so fun writing poetry that my subsequent two books were books of anti-carb poetry. My next goal is to put that poetry with my music to create songs that will teach the world the dangers of our 15,000-year-old addiction.

As much as I loved my father, I have not lost a tear since his death, last night. I don’t expect to, as I don’t see his death as something he couldn’t control. His death was something he had no control over as it was in my sister’s hands when he died. She fed him his addiction to make him feel good and not heal him. He died of atherosclerosis or hardening of the arteries. She should have known better with the love she has, of reading. She just couldn’t read and fully understand my books. She probably just sped-read through them only picking up on 1/4 of the information contained in them. (This in itself, is one of the boldest signs of this addiction, the willingness of loved ones to kill their own family members thinking they’re making life easier for them because they’re feeding their addiction.)

You keep trying to justify your theft of the land because it’s written in your Torah that that land belongs to you. Didn’t Jacob steal that inheritance from his brother, Esau, when he lied to Isaac that he was indeed his brother Esau, who technically was the firstborn and should have received the inheritance? (For those of you evangelicals who never open their Bible except in church and only to the one little scripture, instructed to go to, Israel s the name God had instructed Jacob to change his name to after he lied to his father Isaac when he stole his brother’s inheritance.) Have you ever wondered why he ordered that? hmm…

This shows why your people have been persecuted throughout their entire existence. It’s karmic comeback of the grandest nature. It’s karmic comeback on an entire nation of people who belong to one religion. Jacob, though, didn’t know anything about Karma then, he only knows the power of hunger and how deception works so well with it, as it was this deception that he used to steal his brother’s inheritance. The full story can be read in Genesis Chapter 27.

It shows how Rebecca agreed to bear the brunt of any curse that Isaac would cast on Jacob for stealing Esau’s inheritance if he did so. So basically these wars between these leftover factions of Isaacs twin sons are the curse that their mother agreed to take upon herself to give Isaac’s blessing to Jacob, 

If this is where Israel got its gift of acquisition, they earned it with a stolen blessing and the warring that’s going on between these two nations hearkens back to what happened in Genesis 27.

It could be solved just as easily by acknowledgment of this original sin. One of the most original sins described in the Bible. This would allow each nation to reunite with long-lost brothers and sisters from different mothers. How many wives and concubines did Jacob have? Esau had at least two foreign wives that kept Isaac and Rebecca miserable, according to Gen 26: 34&35.

This is how the Bible explains Karma and Karmic comeback. How, what you do to others will influence what they do to you ultimately by what they, in turn, do to others as well. How long have these brothers been at war? Didn’t Rebecca agree to this curse, that it would befall on her? I see that as meaning her sons get to bear the brunt of the curse, with only one receiving the blessing. (That’s probably why Bedouins have been relegated to roaming the deserts eking out a subsistence while living in tents.) At least, they’re exacting their revenge after discovering oil on their land. 

What we’re witnessing in the Armageddon in Israel and the Gaza Strip is what John foresaw as Armageddon when he wrote about it in Revelations. With the massacre of innocent people on both sides of this conflict, why is the United States funding this military conflict? Is it because we have the biggest military-industrial complex in the World? Is it because we can sell arms to both sides? Or, is this another US vs Russia in an arms race execution parade?

Why are we funding terrorism when we currently have a war on terrorism? Are we warring on our own funding? Is that the definition of Trump’s dump of political terror? Haven’t we had enough of that? What has forced Hamas to sacrifice thousands of its own citizens to make a point with Israel? What has Israel done to force this behavior? Why are they happy with losing so many people?

It seems to be an emporistic quality that short dictators have. They all have something extraordinary to prove. (This is due to this dysregulation brought on by deregulation.)

What could reduce their esteem so much that they see death as a win? Is this how Israel has always treated its vanquished? Did it start with David 4,000 years ago? What were they eating then? Wasn’t it the same food we feed our addiction today, bread and beer?

The only answer to this dilemma is to not buy any more Roundup nor any herbicide made by these chemical companies. To do so is to feed the problem. We all know what happens to over-grown babies. We have to tell Bayer, the new owner of Monsanto, that their herbicides are not welcome in our world. To cure this world that Monsanto has built for us, our world must stop consuming all grains, first. Then, we have to end consumption of all carbohydrates.

Maybe then peace might be able to exist, even in Israel and Gaza. Maybe then, the factions of these two age-old brothers might learn again how to get along as real brothers, who are all part of one family.  Of course, that won’t be possible with the blood I see in your eyes, Benny. You desperately need to get a grip on your fear. It’s killing your countrymen, right and left.

Instead of facing your fear with weapons of war, try changing your diet of fear-mongering food. I see this as an economic invasion of our sovereignty. Who asked for this? Who asked for them to invade us to steal HRC’s emails? Who’s been  Putin’s puppet for 6 years? I can give him enough hate to spread around throughout the entire Republican Senate and House. I hold enough contempt for both of those entities, I’ve deemed it to do everything in my power to oust the corruption that exists in the Republican party. If that means doing away with the Whig wannabes, then so be it. It’s past time that they ended the drag on America just by being “Debbie downers” while all the time persecuting the just. Is this more of the Putin ploy? It sure smells like it.

Who owns the aluminum plant in Ashland, KY? Isn’t the Oleg Deripaska? How much does he donate to Mcconnell’s campaign fund? Is that legal? Isn’t Oleg a Russian national? When did we start allowing Russians to influence our campaigns? Isn’t that a Trump, McConnell, Graham thing? Who owns who?

Who believes in One Nation? Which one are they talking about? USA or GRU? Who owns who? OAN is really a department Qanon. Qanon is a known Russian-run propaganda outlet. Why do you allow the sleaze through the door. Why don’t you just shut the damn door?

 

The Occurrence

I guess it’s just easier to point a gun at a black man who has a warrant for shoplifting or selling individual cigarettes and shoot that man because he posed a risk to the man holding a gun. Think about that for just a minute or two or three. Take five minutes and think hard about it. Where is the justice in the scenario? It isn’t there. What justice there is in this picture, is in the hands of the deputy who’s only had rifle-range training in how to shoot the gun and not in how to holster it.

What training does this deputy have in approaching a black man? Is it to draw his weapon automatically? Why is it I see that so many times? That is not how I’m approached. But then, I’m a white man. I was born on the lucky side of the fence. It doesn’t seem to matter what the cause is, but the resulting death is becoming increasingly more prevalent. A kid gets pulled over for expired tags, something that’s happened to me multiple times, but never have I been shot at because of it. But then, I’m a white man.

I’ve been pulled over for nonsense things before when I was driving a beat-up pickup, the same kind many Mexicans drive, where I live in the southwest. Yet, after the sheriff’s deputy reached my door and saw that I was a white man, I was let off with a warning. Would that same thing have happened if I weren’t white? I’m realizing, finally, that it wouldn’t. That is a fear I’ve never had to worry about.

If my skin were a different color, I’d have been dead 40 years ago, when I was in my 20’s. Considering that I would be dead if my skin color was darker, has changed my perspective on this issue like I’ve never had before. For me, it’s a wake-up call making me understand just how lucky I’ve been throughout my life of bad luck.

I know what it is to live with bad luck. I’ve spent a month in a coma at the hands of a drunk driver. It forced me to have two massive strokes that left me partially paralyzed to this day. After beating less than a 50% chance of surviving the week after the accident, my recovery has only been miraculous for the last 8 years after I changed my diet to eliminate all carbs from entering my body. But, that’s a whole different story you can read about in any of my books.

Why is it that just a simple knee to the back is killing so many black men? What do they do to deserve a knee to the back? How can anyone be that threatening? Why aren’t these officers trained in anger control? Their fear is what’d driving their behavior. Why can’t that be corrected in their training? Are they trained to kill black men? Is this their favored MO, a knee to the back with handcuffs on? Then hide the autopsy report or alter it? Why is it that so many departments around the country are willing to suppress the information to the citizens of their communities? Are they hiding their brand of lynching?

I’ve been pulled over several times, some for ridiculous little things such as turning into the wrong lane when going through a stoplight that I’d been waiting at for several minutes. (Because my vehicle appeared to belong to someone less fortunate, which in this case it did. My poverty is built from my disability, though, and not my skin color.)

In my case, I was offered an apology. Why was that? It was a Pinal County Sheriff’s deputy who pulled me over. I was in my 50s at the time. My vehicle was a 25-year-old Chevy S-10 pickup. The kind, a lot of Hispanics drive. I know why I was pulled over. It was midnite and I was coming home after taking care of Margaret, my 93-year-old “girlfriend”. They thought they had more fodder for our privately run prison system in Arizona. By the looks of the vehicle I was driving, I could have been that fodder to fill a PRS for our privately run corrections facilities in Arizona.

That makes me wonder how much of a bonus they get for filling the order? What appalls me now, is the undue, and unfair treatment of men and boys of color, those of African-American descent. Truth be told, these Homosapien’s are further advanced than white men are, as all white men are part Homo-erectus, in the Neanderthal that we have in our DNA. Only Africans on the continent of Africa are pure Homo-Sapiens. That would also include all slaves that we transported over here to feed our slave business for 300 years. That makes for a lot of pure Homo-Sapiens on the continents of the Americas, as well.

Don’t cops ever think about that? Or are they just ignorant to that fact? Every black man they shoot they’re killing pure Homo-Sapiens, creatures that are purer than all the neanderthal white men doing to shooting. Is that why they are shooting these more advanced species? It must be. It must be nice to have a pass to shoot anyone you don’t like. All you have to do is make up a story that you feared for your life. That makes me wonder, how many cops leave home every morning fearing they won’t come home? Do they shoot their car? Hmm…

Cops are afraid of pure Homo-Sapiens, but not other neanderthals. I think that it’s a Homo-erectus malfunction. Neanderthals got along with Cro Magnon men and even co-mingled with them and ultimately interbred with them, yet, Neanderthals still can’t accept anyone of a different color than what they are. Cro Magnon were early Homosapiens who comingled with the Homo-Erectus, Neanderthal, as they occupied the land first. Neanderthals had been around for 100s 0f thousands of years. Cro Magnon, only for a few thousand, making them a much younger breed of the Homo species of human beings.

That’s probably because since we comingled with the Neanderthal,  our brains have shrunk to almost 60% of the size our brains were when we were Cro-Magnon. How did that happen? It happened when he learned how to farm and stop foraging for our food. It came about over thousands and thousands of years, altering our genetic make-up so we could tolerate the riggers of the damage this food inflicts.

The grains that we’ve grown our civilizations on, have all but destroyed our entire civilization, due to the amount of fear, hate, and pain they have a tendency to manifest. That’s not even touching on the greed that these grains manifest. That is an enormous factor in how we treat each other. (That has to do with what grains and glyphosate do to your acetylcholinesterase and how it dysregulates it, to the max. Now, with glyphosate added to the mixture of glycation these grains have always created in the body, they are exponentially more dangerous than they’ve ever been.

This is exactly how the pharmaceutical industry makes its fortunes. They clean up on what the crop-seed industry creates with their diet of glyphosate glycating food. It all makes us sick enough of our pain that it creates, that we’ll do anything to do away with that pain. How much aspirin have you taken this year for your aches and pains? Maybe it was Advil or Aleve. That is what I used to take every day, ruining my digestive system. Maybe you take Tylenol. I was prescribed Vicadin, to manage my chronic severe pain, and all it did for me was to make me fat, lazy, and stupid. So, I gave it up and learned how my pain was really manifested.

Once I was able to grasp the magnitude of what really creates pain in the body, I discovered I could rid myself of mine. That is exactly what I did, by altering my diet of the starchy carbs. I discovered that it was those carbs that were creating all of my pain. Not just some, but all.

This was the start of my new life. Once I gave up bread, the pain started to disappear. It felt so great that I gave up all grains. It only got better from there and ultimately cascaded to where I’ve published over 45 books in 5 years explaining the damage, this diet of grains provides.

That is only because what cleaned out my body also cleaned out my brain. It was the cleaning of the brain that’s allowed me to finish so many books. It’s amazing how clean your thinking can be without the carbs mucking it up.

I see this as the problem with the new dragnet that’s lynching black men with bullets rather than rope, these days. I guess bullets are cheaper than rope and easier to carry along with your gun. I wonder how much more is increased the amount of lynching? Lynching by police bullets has become epidemic, as of late.

I see the only way it can stop is for our entire society to kick its 20,000-year addiction that drives this behavior. Since it also drives all modern illnesses and diseases, there is absolutely no reason to continue our addictive behavior.

TO BREAK THE ADDICTION THE BREAD AND BEER MUST GO BYE-BYE!

That’s the first step. Quit buying it and it’s much easier to ignore if it’s not around the house, easy to pick up and eat. This is what I did to kick my addiction. I stopped buying all that was bad for me to never ingest again. Knowing the damage it causes makes it easier to ignore.

We cursed the black man by subjecting him to our diet of grains. His body make-up wasn’t prepared to handle the stress of the carbohydrate diet, that we forced upon them when we made them slaves. It was the same with Native-Americans. their bodies weren’t engineered to handle to riggers of a carbohydrate diet 

But, even though we cursed them with our diet, they sprung their diet of maize on the white man. With the amount of corn syrup we consume today, they’re returning the ill favor by killing us off with the flavor of glycation. It’s called corn. Monsanto’s made certain that glyphosate gets sprayed with its share of crops with the billion lbs. that are sprayed annually on all of our crops. 20 billion lbs. in the last 20 years have been spread in North America alone.

What do you think that would do to your health when you eat a major portion of that glyphosate poison. also known as Roundup. Do you get headaches? Do get stomach aches? Do you have muscle aches and pains even when you don’t exercise? (Exercise pain is normal. Other aches and pains come from glycation, also known as inflammation.) They are not normal. They are the result of a diet high in carbohydrates.

I know, I learned all this from giving them up 9 years ago. Since then, my life has not felt better. I’ve also learned that our glyphosated diet is mostly bought at a drive-thru or any diner that serves pancakes, biscuits, or rolls with tater tots or french fries. It used to be just in the mashed potatoes but now, it’s in everything. If you’re eating it, you’re fouling your body. It will rebel against you when you least expect it.

Since all of these foods have more influence in the fear we experience as well as the pain we suffer, what sense is there in continuing this diet of shame and pain? Especially with all the baggage of disease, it carries with it?

This is a sign of addiction, just as the violence is. Violence only comes about in an angry manner which most often is driven by fear, and that’s exactly what this food manifests in your brain. What creates the anger? 1. fear. 2. other anger. (But that’s really initiated by fear also.) It’s just a natural physical response, left over from our wild side. We adhere to that due to our addiction. Without it, there’s no need for the fear or the pain…or disease, for that fact.

Did I mention, I’ve not gotten a mosquito bite in the last 8 years, except when grains were snuck, unknowingly, in my omelet in the form of a wheat binder in a sausage patty. It was because they didn’t have ground sausage that I allow them to put a sausage patty in it instead. Sausage patties need a binder to keep them together, in one piece. (that’s why I only eat links and brats.)

Aah… the bliss of no fear

By reducing my fear and anxiety, I’ve reduced my anger more than I ever could have expected. This was better than counseling. (I know, I’ve been to anger management classes. I’ve talked to psychiatrists.) This is far better…it cost far less and I got a lot more out of it. Anger mgmt didn’t help me lose my belly. Nor did the psychiatrists and psychologists, either. It took a change in diet to alter my perspective about life in general, by vacating my fear and anxieties.

Do they get their PSR (prisoner supply request) from private prison corporations? Is that a reason they like to act as they do? Is this endemic in every state that has private prisons, or just those in the South? Why aren’t these weeded out prior to their employment? Or, are they weeded, in? Hmm…What kind of testing is required prior to employment? Is there any?

If you’re wondering why I’m equating these murderous mob members with the likes of scoundrels like you, Rusty, it’s because you follow the same politics and preach the same message. The difference is that you use taxpayers’ money to do your killing and you do it en masse They just consider it on-the-job training. But, they can only do it once, or a few at a time. Although the murderer of a recent black man was just accused of killing another man two years ago. His department must have thought it important to keep him working until he killed again. How is a black man supposed to live? Hasn’t 150 years of freedom allowed any kind of equality? I guess, that it depends on your skin color…still.

After conversing with a couple of native Americans, yesterday, I learned, the amount of discrimination is, almost, worse against them. We put them on a reservation with access to water or utilities. Worse yet, we won’t do a damn thing about it. I’ve had the privilege, before, of conversing with Navajos and Hopis as I did yesterday, and I’ve learned of the atrocities that aren’t written in the history books. I’ve even talked to Apache’s with similar stories. I’ve learned, it’s all fear-driven. Nothing but fear can drive bigotry, prejudices, and biases, especially those similar to these. Only knowledge can conquer that, as only knowledge can combat fear.

It’s amazing what knowledge does to eradicate fear. The problem then becomes, fighting the desire to remain ignorant, and thus afraid of virtually everything. (This is a hunger-driven desire.) It has to do with what makes everyone hungry, and that, believe it or not, is what you eat if you’re eating bread. I often, how many of these people are doing just that?

I then wonder, what kind of disease they’ll be fighting as they grow old? Can they learn that it a cycle they don’t have to be part of? I wonder when they’ll all learn that it’s only a Glucose Ruse. It’s directly related to the Russian Ruse. That makes me consider the amount of addiction, each country has to deal with. So, I wonder, where is the most wheat consumed? That’s what does the most deranging, and thus creates to most fear. That’s is where these feelings of fear are manifested through what’s being fed to the masses to feed their addiction going by keeping them satiated. Not enough people, yet, appreciate the value of not eating their food. Even when it means going hungry. Eating their food is a guaranteed death sentence for a shortened lifespan. It’s happened to too many of my family members, and thus the reason for my books.

I suggest, take up a habit of fasting on a daily basis, by giving up your carb diet that you get from your favorite drive-thrus. This is easy for me. (not the un-pooping, but the unduping). What’s the opposite of fear? That is what’s not easy to understand. The opposite of fear is not bravery. Bravery is facing your fears. The opposite of fear is knowledge. Nobody fears anything they know or know about. You only fear that which you don’t know about or they whom you don’t know. The best way to conquer fear is with knowledge. This is where our Republican voters take joy in residing. In the world of fear. In a world lacking, completely, of knowledge where fear is generated. We all need to learn, we eat that which makes us afraid.

I equate the Qanon culture with the Qadan culture, where the first grindstone, dating to the 11th century BCE. Interestingly, only 1,000 years later were the first religious writings started to be passed down. The oral history of the Hebrew nation was passed down for thousands of years before cuneiform was ever invented. That was the first written language. That means that the Torah was recorded for history and prosperity, orally for thousands of years before it was ever transcribed. I have always wondered how many men corrupted that history of their people?

Religious fanatics claim that the “Word” can’t be changed because it’s the Word of God. I have to ask about that statement, did God trust man enough to never corrupt his word? Man is easily corruptible. God knows that. That’s why he told Jesus to tell us to not eat it. This is why Jesus said to us, “man cannot live by bread”. He had just returned from his 40 day/40 night fast, and he knew the value of fasting and what it does for the body. He also learned during his fast how bread makes one hungry. That means it’s addictive. Addictions create hunger. They always have and always will.

It’s in how these grains affect our hormones. It’s hormones that regulate our hunger. What we eat affects our hormones more than any other, one thing. Even more so than you say or think, as those are both controlled by what you eat. When it boils down to it, survival is your most basic instinct. That requires eating. That makes eating the most important thing in your world, next to air and water.

Our problem is that what we’ve been eating for 15,000 years corrupts our bodies and minds while it feeds us. It was just too easy to eat. The seeds of the grasses through which we walked were too easy to pick and munch on while walking through the meadows of grasslands. So much so that we easily became addicted to it, It was after a few thousand years that we learned that we could grow those seeds, and thus began agriculture.

We never realized it due to its addictive features, like that of adjusting our hormones, more than anything else. This is due simply to a diet of grains that we’ve been picking and eating it for 15,000 years. It took us about 4,000 – 5,000 years to learn how to cultivate it, but once we did, civilization took off, and then, the destruction of that civilization due to what the grain diet brought our species. This is the consequence of a hormone dysregulating addiction of 15,000 years that was too easy to eat. It became easier after we learned how to grow it.

Hunger drives greed and every other vile emotion or attitude. Emotions like fear are controlled more by bread, than anything else. It can all be attributed to a diet that creates hunger, greed, fear, and pain. This is the consequence of a grain-fed high carbohydrate diet, the diet promoted by the USDA and the FDA for more than 60 years.

A high grain diet is equivalent to eating nothing but sugar for your diet. Imagine what that would do to your teeth. Have you noticed the teeth of the ancient Egyptians? Imagine what that would do to your brain. Doctors are finally looking at the damage this grain inflicts on HomoSapiens, and it ain’t pretty.

What it inflicts more than everything else is corruption due to the amount of hunger and greed it manifests. It always has and it always will. It’s the nature of what this food does to our bodies, cellularly. It dysregulates our cells every time we ingest it. That corrupts everything that our brains instruct our bodies to do.

Never in the life of our nation, have so many corrupted public officials turned to sedition, as this party has in the past twenty years. What’s created this atmosphere of insurrection? Could it be foreign intervention in our social media, brought about by the Righteous Right? WTF are they catering to? Their greed? Their hunger? Their addiction? Or, all three?

That addiction is celebrated through every drive-thru issuing hamburgers and french fries with a coke. There’s no easier way to celebrate this addiction. Every Starbucks you drive through buys you sugared lattes where the only thing healthy is the cream in the latte. MTC’s have always been the healthiest fats to ingest. All milkfats are MTCs, making them the healthiest fats to eat for food. This fat doesn’t come from insulin-directed glucose converted into fat. That just means that it’s not sticky. It’s clean. These are the fats that first go into your stomach after you’re born. They have to be healthy for you. But, this wasn’t supposed to be about healthy MCTs.

I contend that bread brought religion which was needed to formulate a set of standards by which to live by, as a collective of beings trying to live together, needed. I contend that it was the love of bread, that tried to break up the peace needed to facilitate such a style of living, as bread creates hunger.

This simple fact that bread makes you hungry leads to the conclusion that bread is addictive. I contend that it’s this addiction that HomoSapiens have been fighting, for 15,000 years, that has led us down this rabbit hole of hell. That offers answers to everything wrong in society today. It’s a matter of addiction. What else leads people to lie, cheat, and steal, and even kill to feed that addiction? To me, this is a giant DUH! But then, I’ve broken my addiction. (What a day of joy that was!)

The simplest solution to almost every problem that exists today can be resolved by ending our addictions to the vileness of John Barleycorn. Clean up the addiction, and many of the problems caused by that addiction, magically disappear. Can it really be that simple? Yes, it is. But only in words. Breaking any addiction is the toughest thing anyone must accomplish before they can return to being whole, again. The addiction our species needs to break is a 15,00-year-old addiction we’ve all been born into.

On our migration out of Africa, we found easy food to eat. Why didn’t Homoerectus find this food, 200,000 years earlier, when they migrated out of Africa? For me, this is easy. Easy as pie. But then, I’ve been writing about this criminal for 6 years, ever since he entered the race in 2015. I warned everybody about this schmuck when I posted Beware of Trumpocracy, on Jan 15, 2015. What one needs to look at is the motivation used to drive the madness of this addiction. And, addiction, it is. Just like the Glucose Ruse, is an addiction we all live with.

Why does this man continue talking? Why does anyone continue listening? Why can’t any of these seduced people come to their senses, to see who their idol really is? How blind can this seduction have made them? How many of these seduced, duped, fools are too addicted to their sugar daddy they can’t put him down, even though they all know, how evil he is. 

How can any honest loyal American believe his lies? He’s never spoken a word of truth past 3 words that have come consecutively out of his mouth. Why can they not see this? Are they really that blind to their addiction? How can anyone want to follow a known “FALSE PROPHET”? 

It’s the allure of Antichrist, s predicted by John and Peter in the final books of the New Testament, This man defines the “false prophet” to a tee. Everything about this man is false, and the followers he still has are still hanging on to that ruse, that Russia put on them through Fox, NewsMax, OAN, etc. that this man is their savior. (I think this was done subliminally through Fox News and Fox NFL football. This is why Rupert Murdoch bought out CBS’s contract for the NFC games back in the early Eighties. CBS. at least was able to air the AFC games for the next 40 years, until last year I noticed two NFC teams playing on CBS, again.

This is how Fox hooks its viewers. Hell, they advertise their wrestling by showing a girl office worker desk-slamming her boss. If you’ve watched any football game on Fox, you’ve seen the commercial. Notice the smile on her face? That is subliminal advertising. They use it liberally to hook unknowing viewers to tune in their News Network of propaganda news that comes from the heart of the Kremlin, in Red Square in Moscow. (Is that why Donald likes red ties?) You don’t believe me? Ask Wendi Deng Murdoch. You’ll catch her with Ivanka Trump or Jared Kushner. They’re good friends. You don’t know who Wendi Is? Ask Vladimir Putin. She’s his girlfriend. Why do you love this intervention with our government that they brought with their corruption? Do you really want it again? Why do you desire to appease Putin?

Fox really reaped a golden harvest with this ploy. This action bought them the eye of every man in the United States ever since and they use it to advertise their politics by subliminally pulling people over to Fox News to further their subliminal programming. This action takes them to all the other alt-right-wing news outlets who are all selling Russia’s propaganda. They all buy it up, not knowing what it’s doing to them subliminally.

You see, Fox can get away with this as they’re not obligated to any “Fairness in Broadcasting”, that the other older stations are. Fox was licensed after Reagan abolished the Fairness in Broadcasting Doctrine. The others like CBS, NBC, ABC, PBS were all licensed before that doctrine was abolished. They all still abide by what Fox can’t, honesty

To all of those who are still addicted to this man, read the second letter of Peter and the book of Jude (the shortest book in the Bible, other than the second letter of John. You might want to look at the first letter John to learn what God really is. God is not a false prophet, nor does he use them except to deceive and mislead.

This begs the question. how are “men of faith” so easily duped? You use their biggest fears against them. Fear has always been the devil’s favorite tool. The question we should be asking ourselves is why are we afraid of bullies such as these? And, why do we enamor ourselves to them? For the dream of a promise that’s never kept?

Prior to becoming a full-blown bully party, the Republican party had ethics. I know. I was raised by a stark Republican. I couldn’t have the ethics I do now if they hadn’t been taught to me. Since I learned more from my father than any other, one person on how to be a man, he had to depart that message on me.

Yet, somehow, I fear this man has been duped by this Russian ruse of the Glucose Ruse. It’s nothing more than a ploy of more power coming from the East, as Trump’s final gasps for breath are akin to the last gasps of a dying pig. It squeals until it’s finally dead. This is exactly how bullies die.

When a man is faced with fear, he’s given two choices. He can face that fear or cower to it. What, have this sector of Americans done? Haven’t they cowered to the fear their bully idol presents, because they fell for his lure of riches like his for all of them? Like all bullies, their favorite tool is fear and they use lies to propitiate that fear.

As the last few remnants or embers of his blazing fire, die out, his death is all but assured. It’s obvious his days will be spent going to and from, court. The question that still remains unanswered is from where will he be going to and from, court? What kind of tower will it be?

I could explain why this is happening, but I’d have to write a book to do that. Oh, wait! I did! What followed our transformation after we started eating the grasses of the valleys? Our desire to transform the earth to grow food to feed our addiction. More grasses. 

These books will be the hardest books you’ll ever need to read, but I can guarantee, they’re the most rewarding.

Our days, however, will be spent much differently. from now on, just not like his. He’s condemned us to a lifetime of physical and mental ailments that many of us would never have to endure, if it had not been for him, imposing his addiction on the rest of society.

CAN SAVING THE MONEY OF WEALTHY PEOPLE BY GIVING THEM TAX CUTS BE BETTER FOR THE ECONOMY THAN PUTTING MONEY BACK INTO THE HANDS OF PEOPLE WHO NEED IT AND WILL SPEND IT PUTTING IT BACK INTO THE ECONOMY INSTEAD OF SAVING IT AWAY TO BENEFIT THAM ALONE? WILL MONEY BENEFITING BANKS AND THE WEALTHY HELP AMERICA MORE THAN HELPING THE PEOPLE WHO BUILD THE ECONOMY, THE SPENDERS?

To me, this again is easy as pie. Wealth wants to invest money in everything but what spends money to help out the economy. So who spends money? Those who can’t afford to invest it. It’s that simple. Investments have never built the economy as much as the worker has. Investments could build an economy without the worker. DUH!

Workers work without investment all the time. It’s called a venture without the capital. Every time someone starts a new business it happens, but the requirements of tools are still a necessity. To find those, one has to rely on luck or a helping hand. The helping hand usually comes from loan sharks, when dealing with the needs of these kinds of people. (No or low income = high interest rates.)

To give these people more money to spend by raising wages is no expense that will cost anybody anything. Duh! It’s an investment in the American worker. Those workers will put the money back into the economy. They can’t afford to invest their money nor save their money. Why do those who have money seem to think everyone acts as they do when they get money in their pocket? Those without anything must use what’s given to them to help them only putting that money back into the hands of the investor, instead of keeping it.

They must use it to stay alive. How can any American be against that? To me, this is clearly another WTF by the Republican party, still catering to the whims of a foreign leader who hijacked our government for the last 4 years. It seems that the only intent of this new Republican party is to hurt America, not see it thrive.

They still want to see oligarchism in America. Is this the new Republican way? How is protecting wealth for the rich more productive than spreading the wealth to those who can’t afford to buy bread?

The wealthy do not invest in America nearly as much as the American worker does. The American worker’s life depends on everyone living comfortably, not just a few at the top who are saving their money to consolidate their power.

Those who have money need to retain it to retain their power. Their greed drives their decisions, making them and all, like them, subject to the Glucose Ruse from what, The Science of God, has done to our species for the last 15,000 years.

For the wealthy, their greed is driven by the glyphosate stations of Starbucks coffee shops, Peete’s coffee, Dutch Bros coffee, and the newer coffee companies all serving their sugared drinks, of lattes and mochas, along with their pastry bars full of sugary confections. For the common man, it’s the glyphosate stations of McDonald’s Burger King, Jack-in-the-box, Taco Bell, etc. You can’t find more glyphosated food than you can at these purveyors.
