As current readers of my blog, already know, I, too have had a stroke. Actually, I’ve had two of them. The reality is you come back from a stroke if it wasn’t that severe. The brain can and does heal itself. I know. all 50 of my books were written since my two strokes. My strokes, were, severe. Very severe. Either one could have taken my life but they didn’t. They just left my right side paralyzed, completely. I’ve worked very to get back what movement I could.

Right now, at least, I am ambulatory and have been for 35 years, increasing my abilities every year. If the stroke doesn’t kill you, it can easily make you better than you were before.
