I know what I believe, especially when I watch four networks on the screen at the same time. Three of them tell facts, while the fourth, stretches every thing they publish.
And they’re publishing absolute false facts, like there’re no consequences. How can they still broadcast they false narratives? The narrative they push is complete ignorance of the facts.
It’s the only one that doesn’t require effort to listen to and believe without verification. All it requires is mindless obedience…kind of like all addictions.
Even the one we’re born into. To satiate an addiction, certain parameters have to be met. Hunger, being the first of those.
But like your hunger can play tricks on you, so can addictions. Is not your hunger a sign of an addiction, of that, with which you were born?
While growing in your mother’s womb, what did you eat? Did you not eat what she fed you until you were old enough to prepare your own meals? What is in that baby food she used to feed you?
(When I read the ingredient label on baby food, the first thing I saw, many times was glucose, or a glucose containing ingredient, many years ago.)
It’s just that some addictions require falsification of facts. Glyphosate says so, by magnifying the addiction and fear factor!

When warned to eat a low fat diet, the recommendation should be to eat a low fat creating diet, which means a low carb diet.
Diets high in MCTs on the other hand, are the healthiest diets one can consume. So know where to find MCTs you can enjoy, so you too, can extend your life and stop detracting from it, with your diet.
Toss the carbs. Enjoy the MCTs. They’re far much healthier…but, MCTs are fats. They’re just a special kind of fat…one that’s healthy.
It’s even healthier than olive oil. Olive oil is a long-chain-triglyceride. MCTs like coconut oil, palm kernel oil, avocado oil, and all dairy fats found in cream and butter, are healthier than any vegetable oil or olive oil, due to the properties of Medium-Chain-Triglycerides.
