It meanders through the wasteland
to bring the date land to the sedated land,
incorporating strange hands handling the main bands
that govern the headband, to leave the bulk of the grassland
wondering what the hell is going on in the badlands

while we all thought that the deadpan of the last man
had left the building after the last fan died

As Joyce Meyers exclaimed on her show, don’t let the bread control you. I usually don’t watch Joyce, but my sister does, religiously. (pun intended) She has for years. I think that’s where she gets her alternative way of resolving problems.
I mentioned to her what Dad told us 50 years ago, that bread makes you hungry. After remembering that she mentioned what Joyce had said on her program yesterday, “Don’t the bread control you.” She knows that since bread controls your hunger it has every possibility of controlling you. That makes you a slave to bread if you let it control you.
Joyce is trying to tell you that a diet of bread of any sort in any amount can make the person who eats it, a slave to it. So, if you don’t want to be a slave, don’t eat bread.
Bread is what the Romans used to keep their slaves happy. They weren’t fed meat, as that made them less fearful. They needed fear to control the slaves. They discovered that through the hunger that bread creates, it’s an excellent source of increasing the fear factor to make them more fierce in the arena, as a great majority of slaves fought in the Arenas of Rome.
For all other slaves, what more does an owner need than fear to gain enough respect to control them completely. It’s the same manner in which bullies ply their will.
What Joyce doesn’t know, is that bread controls your fear and that is what makes you a slave to it, because you fear you can’t do without it. When in all reality, you do better without it.
Monsanto never wanted you to know that. Bayer who just purchased Monsanto two years ago is fighting all the lawsuits their purchase bought them. They’re paying the price for Monsanto’s sins of controlling our diet to force-feed us their pharmaceuticals.
With the realization that all modern disease is controlled by the food they force us to eat, their future legal burden may become too great to bear. Your Bayer aspirin may have a new name 50 years from now, for Bayer may be muddled in bankruptcy.
