Why are investments labeled as expenses in Republican eyes? I never have heard of a spending plan called an investment plan, such as this $3.5 trillion has been labeled. Who in Hell would want to spend 3.5 trillion dollars? Nobody, in their right mind.

But who can object to the returns that an investment of that amount, could bring? DUH! Even I know that larger investments bring larger returns. The return on investment that our country needs, is as large as it has ever been, which is why this investment needs to be as monumental as it is. Imagine how much this investment will boost the stock market. With all the private companies that this money will go to, it will immediately filter to those who need it the most, the workers working for those companies. That buying power will drive more business. DUH!

How can a “liberal media” be called liberal, when they keep calling this a spending plan? An expenditure, it may be, but more importantly, this is clearly the biggest investment we’ve made in our own nation’s history, and it’s far past due and it’s far from being a spending plan. It’s an investment plan. It would behoove Democrats and the “liberal” media to call it that.

The only reason our country is in so desperate, of a need, for help, is due to 50 years of Republican control and negligence, as evidenced by the obstructionism of Mitch McConnell. He refuses to even discuss or bring up for a vote, issues that are vital for our nation, but because they’ll lead to a “Democratic win” he refuses our nation, its right to advance due, to his ignorant attitude, (born of the KKK), that he’s infused into the Republican Senate. He does, after all, live just north of Tennessee, the home of the KKK.

For the last 50 years, the Republican party has led us down a path of destruction, catering to the corporations that fund their campaigns, while cutting appropriations for government entities, departments, and bureaus. This cutback in funding has brought us to the point we’re at today. No basic working reliable services. This is exactly what our foreign adversaries would want to see, happen to us.

We get to live and survive in their quagmire of corruption, that continues, even though the master corruptor is gone. The real cost of their allegiance to Donald will be felt when they next have to defend their seats in Congress, in their next election cycle.

Due to their ignorance to see investments as they really are and looking at them as spending, they’re afraid to invest in America’s future. They would rather fund America’s destruction. In doing this they’re only shooting themselves in the foot. That’s why they have no leg to stand on.

This is why they allowed the Jan 6 invasion of our Capitol Bldg by the KKK, whose force is an evergrowing army of miscreants and misfits. They look only for reasons to knock things down and divvy up the spoils.

They have yet to realize that you spend money on things like luxury clothes and cars because their value decreases over time, but, you invest in property, technology, and the future because they always bring a return on investment.

As soon as you drive your new car off the lot, it’s depreciated in value by at lear 49%. You invest in property and you’ll forever have something to show for it. Something that will increase in value. What value does a used car have, compared to a new car? What do used clothes sell for, compared to what they were purchased for?

What ROI does spending offer? Last I checked, it was nothing. That, to me, is the biggest DUH, our Congress has made for the last 50 years ever since the Democrats’ disgrace in Vietnam back in the ’60s and ’70s. (That’s probably why most Vietnamese belong to the Republican party, as it was the Democrats who abandoned Vietnam.) Interesting point; it was a Republican President who obligated us to that war. Dwight D Eisenhower. Why don’t they blame the Republican party for that war? It shouldn’t matter that we were there to protect French interests at the end of WWII.

It’s time that Congress learn that not all expenditures are expenses. Are not expenditures,  also investments? How is spending an investment? Where’s the ROI? With a spending plan, it doesn’t exist, but, with an investment plan, not everyone wants to deny the benefit of the ROI.

Don’t investments off a return on that investment? Expenses, on the other hand, go in the debit column and not the investment or asset column. The asset can’t get there unless the investment is there first. DUH!

Republicans see all expenditures as an expense and not an investment. Democrats enjoy making investments, whether they be good or bad. No matter, whether the investment is good or bad, they all bring a return on your investment. Spending brings nothing in return except for what you bought.

Marjorie Taylor Green is quickly buying my contempt with her insolence and rebellion against American Democracy. What will be her final cost for revolting against our country? She just made it evident to me that spending is like shooting bullets. You don’t get anything back unless you’re shooting to kill what you eat. She knows how to spend, not invest. Just like the rest of her Republican colleagues.

Only companies on the receiving end of the payment appreciate spending and our Republican party loves giving money their way because they get that money back in campaign donations. The problem is, most of those are part of the Military-Industrial Complex. Is that who you work for, Marjorie? Is that why you’re giving your weapon of mass destruction, away? Is it to sell more bullets? How many of those will be aimed at you?

Corporate America owns our Congress. Who was happy to increase our debt to $3 trillion, then take away any hope of repaying that with taxes, when they gave tax cuts to the wealthiest top 10% and themselves? It may be a godsend to those who pay little in taxes, compared to the common worker, who now get less in their checks to feed the lifestyle of the rich and famous, but it was the most destructive piece of legislation this Senate has ever forced through. This is nothing more the Trump’s attempt to hand our nation back to the people who have money, not to the people who need it, not realizing that when you put money in the hands of the people who need it, our entire economy picks up.

That is the only way to get money back into circulation. Republicans invest into investments tying up that money, forever. It goes nowhere to help anyone out except for themselves. How can money in any account, circulate throughout our economy? When it sits there to collect interest, how does it benefit anyone except the account holder? How does that lead to prosperity for our entire country?

As long as that spending goes to companies that keep the Congress in their seats, our Congress will forever be beholden to this corruption. This is the type of lawyer/lobbyist Clarence Thomas before he was appointed to the Supreme Court by George H.W. Bush, with little more than one year of experience on an appeals court for the District of Columbia. While being a lawyer, he lobbied for Monsanto. I think this was his reasoning when he penned that corporations have the same rights as individuals. He obviously was not aware that money bought more rights, at that time.

That’s strange. Since he grew up in poverty, he should be aware of how much money,  buys more rights. I guess, though, when you have it, you forget that knowledge. It then becomes someone else’s problem.

He learned early on he could take money under the table from Monsanto to push decisions to be favorable and beneficial to them. That’s why he wrote the decision to give corporations the same rights as individuals.

He wrote the decision that gave all corporations the same rights as any one individual. He did this knowing that money buys rights. Those who have more money have better access to legal aid, giving them more rights. They also have mot access to everything they need to stay alive.  Why did Justice Thomas forsake the people he started out to protect? Why did he abandon them? Is that the Republican thing to do? Did he make it the Republican thing to do?

Hey, Clarence, how much were you paid to corrupt our government? You were appointed by maybe our stupidest President George H.W. Bush, even though it was his son who allowed the twin towers to be attacked. It was his son’s administration which was run by his Vice President, Cheney. Talk about corruption. He really brought it home. He taught Donald how to usurp our entire government, which he just about did with the help of the rich bitch, Mitch. Why do I call him a bitch? He Putin’s bitch. That’s why. (Wasn’t GHWB the first Vice President to be elected since Truman?) He surly carried on the corruption that Reagan brought to the White House.

When Clarence was appointed to the Supreme Court, his affair with Anita Hill was completely ignored by a Republican Congress to load the Court with Republican Justices. It didn’t matter that he was a misogynist crook, inside. He was their token black on the Supreme Court and has served as nothing more, ever since he gave corporations the right to steal America’s money.

This is why they gave him cushy jobs throughout their entire life to encourage favorable decisions to corporate America and private interests, rather than the common American, who don’t fall in the top ten percent of income earners. It was somewhere around this time that his allegiances were diverted toward a corporate point of view. He learned how much better it is to have money, regardless of how you earn it.

This is why he penned the decision that took everyone’s rights away and gave them to corporate America. He had to have been paid to inflict such damage to American democracy. My question is, who paid him? Was it an influence from the east? Who else could possibly want this kind of wonton damage, done to America?

If I had my preferences, he and two other unscrupulous Justices would lose their seats. I wasn’t aware of Justice Thomas’ previous love of Alcohol. But, according to Wikipedia, he gave it up, which only concerns me when I think of one of the other Justices, Brett Kavanaugh, and his love of beer. How many times did he lie or deceive during his confirmation hearing? What about the charges against him from Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez? Why did he get confirmed with his corrupt background? Why were those crimes overlooked? But then, why were the crimes of the last President all, overlooked, by the Republican Senate who confirmed them?

Who do we thank for the corruption that exists in our government? It looks like a Republican party to me. Who else would the KKK pick to spread their corruption? Who else would be so easy to use by a foreign influence? Is this why Fox uses so much subliminal programming in their ads? Hmm…

Funny thing, it used to be the Democratic party that the KKK used, at least, until 1964 and the passage of the Civil Rights Act. They considered that Act as an afront to their authority, in the Deep South. That’s where the Klan originated. Directly in the heart of the Deep South. Because it was a bipartisan bill. signed by a Democratic President, LBJ, they abandoned the Democratic party to join the Republican party, where they now reside. I guess LBJ, being from Texas didn’t matter.

For the KKK, they, again, became rebellious and altered allegiance. (Funny thing, the Scots have done that throughout the history of their existence, They always betrayed those who weren’t of their klan, to alter their allegiances.

At that time the Deep South was a Democratic stronghold. Now, it’s a Republican stronghold and I’m sick of them influencing my Democratic Senators. They cater to this crowd to get their support, but they’re barking up the wrong tree. They’re catering to insurgents. Corrupt insurgents who believe in false facts, or alternative realities.

Marjorie Taylor Greene, I’ve felt contempt before but the contempt I feel for you is beyond any I’ve felt before. You’ve got the face I’d love to punch and I’d punch And I’d make sure I did it with brass knuckles. Maybe then, you wouldn’t look like the south end of a hog heading north.

You’ll be the first in my crosshairs if I win your weapon of mass destruction. Your nose would smell the powder burning from the shells…at least for a nanosecond. How did you get so ugly? Was it hard, or, was it a concerted effort to turn yourself that ugly? You get more potshots than the ex-President gets for your insurrection and hate of American ideals. Your whole Ku Klux Klan attitude bought you my contempt along with that of 80% of the rest of America. I wouldn’t expect to remain in your congressional seat much longer. Being a Greene does make you a Scot, doesn’t it? Do you see this as a klan issue, too?

It does make sense if you are of Scottish heritage. You are, aren’t you? And being Scottish, you love to fight. It’s in your nature. (It’s due to all the scotch and beer you drink. along with all the potatoes, you eat. With all that glycation going on in your system, fear is bound to build. And the way they glyphosate everything nowadays, that glycation and fear are ramped up exponentially, because, in a sense, this is the definition of being on steroids, as that’s all your hormones are.

It’s no wonder you’ve doomed our entire society. You don’t want to be alone in your degradation. You want company in your misery. You’ll even accept the death of loved ones as part of the price.

A word of advice to Joe and Kyrsten, learn how a larger investment brings a larger return on that investment. Our country needs the largest investment in our infrastructure that it’s ever needed, and Joe’s right, our infrastructure includes far more than just roads, bridges, power lines, and water systems. That was good for the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries, but we need to prepare for the 22nd century by setting a good foundation in the 21st century.

That can only be done with a huge investment to set the foundation properly, for that, and the American people know that. Why is that so hard for you to fathom? Is it hard for that sect of your constituents to fathom? Can you all, seriously, be that ignorant? Is it chosen stupidity influenced by the Fox pox? Isn’t that seditious stupidity? Isn’t that akin to political drunk driving, for you?

How many of your constituents will end up dead because of it? Which bridge is going down next? How many deaths will you be responsible for, failing to improve our infrastructure?

WHY ARE OUT OUT TO LIMIT THAT IMPROVEMENT?
